Delegate Graves moved to amend the bill on page 21, section 48-9-403, line 83, after the word “parties” by striking the period, inserting a semicolon and inserting thereafter the words “or unless in the opinion of the judge the relocation is in the best interest of the child or children: Provided, That the best interest of the child or children must consider the current state of the research in child development psychology recognizing that shared parenting, including overnight time with each parent is in the best interest of the child or children.”
